  October 23, 2021 - {Purchased on release, sound cork; tasted with TW and IW at Ansonia} More mature than a year ago, TW guessed late 00s and either Gevrey or Nuits-S-G when tasting blind. Serious, savory, earthy Pinot flavors and good persistence. Not the flair of a premier cru site but better than most villages wines. Drinking well now, can hold for some time given excellent balance.

  November 26, 2020 - {Bought on release, #1 of 6, perfect fill, PopNPour} Initially a little reticent, stony, with time and air filled in. Excellent Gevrey villages with deep mid-palate fruit and some earth, a little plush, excellent length that improved over 3 hours. Delicious. One of the best La Justices I have had in some time.

  July 9, 2015 - Really pretty young wine that already shows great typicity, reeking of game-y Gevrey perfume on the nose. Bright red and blue fruit on the palate and intensely animal palate that mirrors the nose, with a wonderfully light and fine texture. Great freshness with medium acidity. Very impressed. Wish I had more - if I did I'd open in 2-3 yrs.
  Pulled again from the same Coravin'd bottle two days later, this was far more closed.
