November 15, 2018 - Chablis style with med acidity leaving a smooth & rich mouth-feel.

October 27, 2017 - Subtle nose of pineapple, mango, pear, apricot and a hint of cream cheese. Medium-bodied, nothing too impressive. Complex - yes, but I was expecting at least some excitement. A wine quick to be forgotten.

February 17, 2017 - Un Chardonnay plutôt incognito. Difficile de lui trouver des défauts mais également difficile de lui trouver des qualités!

    Screw Cap.

A bit ordinary, if I'm honest. New World chardonnay but done in the formerly fashionable heavy oak style. Wood on nose and wood in mouth.

Nose....wood! A bit of peaches and cream.

Taste .....again, wood! Med-dry wine. Good acid, feels mature at just 4 years old. Very settled, creamy. Just too much wood for me. Unbalanced? What, from the control-freaks at Craggy Range???? Nice almond flavour in there somewhere. Just a hint of minerals.

VFM? Not good. Will buy other CR whites again, not this one.

February 6, 2017 - Relatively non-descript on the nose - faint whiff of minerals and sweetcorn; good richness on the palate, quite ripe and developing fast. Drink soon.
