Community Tasting Notes 2

October 12, 2019 - Popped and poured. Lighter body than expected for a Red Mtn cab. Tasty cassis and black cherry notes, cigar tobacco, coffee, violets. Nice burst of acidity, solid tannin structure still. Drink now - 2026.

February 23, 2019 - Lighter in body than most WA cabs. More fruitiness in the mouth that is confusing. Nice Cab finish.
