  June 24, 2018 - Great fresh nose of citrus, lemon, honeysuckle flowers and mineral. The palate matched with the nose. Slightly salty due to much mineral, like lemon lime. Finish with lingering acidity. Quite easy drinking, fresh and crispy.

  August 27, 2017 - Medium golden color to this one. Smells like crab shells—hold up, lemme switch glasses right quick (been rocking stone crabs)—there we go. Aromas of tropical fruits like banana, pineapple, guava, and passion fruit, along with some notes of bread, mineral, and herbs. Full body, medium (+) acid and finish, and flavors of yellow apple, pear, and lingering minerality. Rich but minerally. Worked well with the shellfish and sipping after.

  December 15, 2016 - Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. Well made, balanced, some bigger body here - medium anyway, pear and peach fruit, some stony mineral. This was quite fresh with good acid and worked well with the hamachi.

  November 3, 2015 - a great match for seafood or in this case chicken with a spicy peanut sauce. The acidity cuts through the heat nicely.
