December 14, 2019 - Wine Tasting Group - Cabernet Sauvignon & its Parents (Classic Wine Storage, Dallas, TX): Decanted for 2 h, then back into bottle. Tight with aromas showing some mild brett and sweet black cherries. Palate showed a bit more with black cherries, plums, herbs, green peppers, and minerals. Nice acids. Deeper with greater concentration than the Bernabes. Nice depth with an elegant mouthfeel. Still young and very structured. Was somewhat grumpy to be opened now. Wait at least 2-3 years, if not 5, to open next bottle. 90+
