February 25, 2023 - bright light yellow color, melon and sharp minerals on the nose, on the palate very broad with melon, rose petals and kiwi fruit, sweet to start leading into a savory dry finish with dark gravel textures, lovely wine aging magnificently.

December 14, 2022 - Similar notes as previous tasting over the last six years. This ten year old Sauvignon Blanc is still going strong. Deep inviting color, it was delicious with Chinese food. Peaches, melons, vanilla, apples, pears, citrus, and some floral in the nose and flavor. A rich sauvignon blanc that almost has a creamy texture, very different than most sauvignon blancs that we have had. Medium to full bodied with nice complexity and a long smooth finish.
