May 25, 2019 - 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (Our house): Double blind. Opens with a notes of dark fruit and cedar, giving way to berry, florals and sweet tobacco notes. Lush. Shows mixed red and black fruit, cherry and chocolate on the palate. Strong finish.

April 14, 2018 - Excellent wine for my 66th birthday dinner of rigatoni and meatballs. Decanted for an hour. I am not much into it tastes like blackberries or earth or whatever but this is a darn good bottle of wine. It starts out slow but quickly unfolds in your mouth and has a powerful finish. It could age some more as tannins were much present but may diminish the strong finish.

September 4, 2016 - Pleasantly surprised. A great Cab Fran with good dark fruits and good finish.

April 8, 2016 - Delishes dusty dry dark fruit that went incredibly well with Anita's enchaladas - a perfect pairing. Enchaladas are hard to pair a wine to, but this Cab Franc was spot on.

December 22, 2014 - Very middle of the road. Nose like a cherry cough drop. Hint of herb, cedar, red cherry and strawberry, but way too thin and lacking in any sort of depth or complexity.
