October 5, 2020 - Wow, is all I can say. This wine is drinking perfectly right now. I could not imagine such a superbly balanced wine between fruit and tannin. I would love to get more!

November 5, 2018 - One the finest CA Cabernet I have have had! Mocha, cocoa on the nose, deep purple color, oak with dark fruit on the palate. Just plain wonderful Cabernet.

June 5, 2017 - Great stuff, classic aged Paso Cab. Well made by Neil, as always. Still has quite a bit of life left. Save this one for special occasions.

February 4, 2016 - I do not know if PR cab can get better than this. Neil Collins is just so good with the local cabs. First time I had a Lone Madrone cab was from the 1996 vintage year and it was one of the best PR cabs I ever had. I still think Lone Madrone is a star in PR Cab.

December 21, 2015 - Lovely Cabernet. Beautiful red garnet color without a touch of brickishness. Varietal nose, medium bodied, I could drink it every night.
