January 20, 2018 - Begins with a slight reduction typical of limestone and zero-so2 winemaking. Opens up in a few minutes to reveal bright citrus and herbal aromas. On the palate lean, fresh and intense, with electric tension and excellent length. Hasn't aged much over the last three and a half years. Possibly a hint of mouse in the aftertaste? Not yet... but we're not going to investigate that further tonight. Drinks rapidly. Great food companion. So good.

October 16, 2015 - Layers of nuts, citrus and stone. Topped up but as in many whites from the Jura there is a sense of oxidative notes any way. Wonderful balance. Very, very nice wine.

June 30, 2014 - Truly fascinating stuff. Distinct limestone, intense citrus, a little spicy greenness (think lovage) and just a weak hint of flor yeast. Slender and super-elegant on the palate, with a sharply focused acidity and extraordinary length. Hits bulls-eye when it comes to Jura chardonnay ouillé.
