April 20, 2024 - Magnifique et dans son apogée !
Nez : complexe ! Cuir, vieille barrique, arômes balsamiques, café torréfié, épices-bois, fines herbes grillées, champignons et moisi...cave à vin, fruit liquoreux, et notes florales...superbe ! Fruité, souple, fondu, ample, étagé, harmonieux et sapide. Saveurs de fruits noirs mûrs...cassis, cerise noir et mûres, et liqueur aux bleuets. Également de moka, de cacao, de cannelle et vanille. Ultra long...délicieux !! -

August 20, 2023 - Rich, opulent, notes of strawberries and less so of cherries. Fine and well integrated tannins. Excellent with rare ribeye.

March 27, 2022 - Dark cherry and plums with citrus notes and a hint of Brett or saddle on the nose. A delicious balance of berries, chocolate, and burnt caramel underpinned by hints of leather and tobacco. Tannins give a velvety mouth full, while light acids cleanse and refresh. This is structured and complex, with a long, long, finish that starts with chocolate and flowers and ends with hints of basil and thyme. This was a joy and went empty way to quickly.
