  December 15, 2020 - For what it is... it is exactly what was intended and is well made. And it’s quite delightful in its own way. Nose leesy and showing some yeast overtones with strong strawberry and red cherry fruit. Fruit and some sweetness along with great acidity and mineral depth. Complexity is not the name of the game. But not was that the goal. Spot on.

  August 25, 2015 - I reserve a higher score for a few more sips, I am so impressed and blown away at how fun and tasty this is, even a little serious in fact. Gamay sparkling, a new one for me. A #garagiste pick, I'd get this again for sure.
  
  An excellent mousse, potent bubble streams, sappy red fruits and excellent fresh acidity.

  May 7, 2015 - Delicious. If this had been champagne, we'd have been praising it for its vinosity. Drinks like a cru beaujolais, yet with the freshness and versatility of a sparkling rose. Went beautifully with every course of dinner, from veggies to seafood to meat. Wish I'd bought more.
