May 11, 2018 - Similar impression as for the last one drunk some months ago: nice mix of ripe chenin honey aroma, citrus and white fruit. Excellent now, it was my last one.
December 7, 2017 - Pnp, white fruit, pear, apple, in contact with air more and more honey notes, citrus, good volume. In this difficult year the Croix Boissée Blanc wines were integrated in this cuvée.
April 23, 2017 - Nice honest Chenin Blanc with good weight and the classic honeyed Chenin flavors. Food friendly juice that is holding up just fine.
August 12, 2016 - starting to fade; show characteristics of previous bottles, but in a lower key. Drink up.
July 19, 2016 - Not quite as funky as Savennieres, a touch of that waxiness and honey.
Fairly crisp and clean. Very crisp,reminds me of anjoy but not quite as linear and chalk - has a bit more of the funk but not full on. Tasty stuff.
June 5, 2016 - Pale yellow. Hints of flower and oyster shell.
March 24, 2016 - White flower and something else,very particular. One taster notes honey and chalk. Something like that. Long and mineral finish.
March 15, 2016 - Beautiful wine the night it was opened. Fruit, complexity, structure. Had faded a lot by the next night. Don't hold it too long.
December 29, 2015 - Fun drink although not very complex or long.
November 28, 2015 - This btl was a bit uninspiring. I'm gonna give it a bit of time.
