December 31, 2023 - Wine currently in a dumb phase --- as can happen with white rhone.
Zero aromas, no nose at this time. On tasting, alcohol levels feel high and unbalanced. The only positive was the buttery / silky feel in the mouth..
Suggest checking with your local Fine Wine Merchant and ask advice their advice if you are considering opening a bottle. Failing that, perhaps do not open the wine at this time (cellar for perhaps at least another 5 years), the wine needs time in the bottle to rebalance and become harmonious once again. -

August 28, 2023 - 10 years young! Delicious dinner wine. Paired with a tangy chicken and cauliflowered rice dish. Dry with lots of structure. Medium mouth feel. Pear and apple notes.
