December 5, 2016 - Still has the acidity but much softer. Very nice.
October 11, 2016 - Very nice "entry level" Chablis. On the riper and rounder side, with some tropical notes along with lemon and minerals, but still plenty of acidity. Nice match with steamed lobster.
January 7, 2016 - Very pale yellow. Nose: apricot, lemon poundcake. Lots of limestone. Vanilla. Sea brine. Palate: medium-plus bodied, really full for a stainless white. High acidity, nice viscosity and balanced alcohol. Lemon grass, starfruit. Very tight and tense, a bit nervous, like a great stainless Chablis should be. A nice spice too it as well. Finish: the spice really dominates along with the lemon grass. Overall this is a great entry level Chablis, I love its nervousness.
October 30, 2015 - Mineral nose with fresh apple - classic Chablis; refreshing palate, a little textural with similar flavours. Acidity not too high and I would say this is very much ready to drink - you could age it but why wait?
July 31, 2015 - Dry juicy notes of tangerine and lemon lime zest. Sharp focused vibrant fruit and racy acidity
July 27, 2015 - Nice company with sushi without stealing the show. Easy drinking. More on the salty, sea shell side than big acid, lemon, etc
July 14, 2015 - light gold, lots of clarity, silvery hue
Nose: lemon, pear, white pepper, musk, clove, minerals
Pal: lemon, sour apple, white pepper, minerals, musk, clove, thyme
Feel: medium, savory
Finish: medium

July 12, 2015 - Fine, forgettable.
July 3, 2015 - Corkage at a favorite local restaurant. Great with an assortment of small plates- mussels (in a buttery garlicky lemon & cilantro broth), oysters, brussels/artichoke, fish tacos, mushroom bao buns. Wine showed light gold color. Marked aromas of slate, lime zest, hibiscus. Hits the palate with a racy intensity, showing richness to compliment its bright acidity and angular structure. Hints of spice. Nice depth throughout. Very nice.
April 27, 2015 - From half bottle. Mineral, salty, savory, really long finish. Darn I am liking '13. Everyone else seems to be poo-pooing the vintage but I don't taste it in the wines. Or at least not the whites...
