January 21, 2023 - Drank together with Hure Freres L‘Inattendue. I preferred the latter against the Gimonnet because ist was more chalky and more vinous. Nevertheless a very good BdB.

December 25, 2022 - A bit less convincing than Doyard‘s Revolution some days ago, but nevertheless a very good BdB. I preferred ur on day 2 nearly without bubbles.
