June 25, 2022 - Very fine. Lots of citrus, lemon and lime. Limestone minerality. Stunning acidity. Mouth watering salinity. Reductive notes are fading back but still present. Doesn't show much typical richness or secondary notes. Maybe still drinking quite young. But against this it has an almost crystalline intensity and is very long indeed. Very much PYCM.

November 5, 2021 - I loved this wine tonight. That wasn’t the case when I tried it several years ago. Pouring into glasses an hour before serving tamed the match struck reduction. Broad shouldered with a crescendo of a finish, this complemented and stood up to a densely marinated sockeye salmon. Freaking delicious wine.
