Color: beautiful light gold
Nose: medium intensity. Complex floral aromas of honey; spices, especially nutmeg and black pepper
Body/flavor: medium body. Complex flavors for honey blended with spices. Excellent acid balance
Aftertaste: lingering finish
In my opinion, will continue to evolve over time. -
