May 13, 2015 - Darker than expected. Bland and pretty straightforward, though reasonably pleasurable given the qpr. Weighty, nearly oily.
April 12, 2015 - My last note on this wine suggested bottle variation, with one bottle being driven more by tropical fruits than by minerality. That was the case with this bottle, which had a concentrated pineapple aroma and guava flavor. Medium-plus acid and a sensation of crushed slate, with nice sweetness from the fruit. Some time in the bottle should refine the finish, which felt overwhelmed by the alcohol. Still, outstanding quality for the price. Rated 1 on a scale of -1 to 3.
January 10, 2015 - Nice simple pleasure. Lemon and fresh, crisp acidity. Had a glass at dinner with friends.

September 28, 2014 - A fresh, bright, and delicious white that was enjoyed by more than 20 people at a casual get-together. A few things stood out to me over the course of our three bottles. First, this is exceptionally versatile: it went well with cheeses, meats, pizzas, and pastas. Second, there's considerable bottle variation: for example, the second bottle had noticeably more fruit and tropical tones than the others. Not a meditative wine by any means, but an outstanding value. Rated 1 on a scale of -1 to 3.
