    Avec le gigot d'agneau en croute d'herbe.
    Un vin des Marches avec vue sur la mer.
    Robe sombre mais disque bien pourpre.
    Bouquet de boite a tabac, cuir, caramel, un peu kirsché.
    Bouche avec tannins fins, fruits cuits, raisins séchés. Similaire a certain porto vintage, sans la lourdeur alcoolique. Longueur significative.
    Bien, à point.

    April 26, 2010 - This wine needs to breath. I would open and let sit for at least 1 1/2 hours. Or age for another 2 years. This is a nice earthy Italian cabernet that I think with time will be closer to a 90. There is some nice fruit in this wine. It just is not ready. Do not pop and pour.

    February 2, 2009 - Pleasant enough flavors and aromas but this is an over the top fruit and alcohol bomb. May be because of the intense heat of the vintage. Hopefully it is not a stylistic decision on their part. I will need to try a different vintage.
