  November 1, 2020 - Cellared under reasonable conditions but starting to show some oxidation. An aged white at this stage. Stone fruit overshadowed by minerality and a hint of bitterness. Very consistent with recent TNs. Drink up.

  October 17, 2020 - A good wine but not my favorite Bedrock. 55% Semillion and 45% Sauvignon Blanc, this was a great way to start our wine event tonight. It was good from the pop and pour but had to be put on ice to get just a tad bit colder. I got apple, apricot, and honey notes on the palate with some lingering and integrated oak and vanilla flavors. The oak seemed to provide a little heat on the finish. All things considered, another good Bedrock but between QPR and other great Bedrocks, I likely wouldn't repurchase. Have one more bottle that I will look to consume soon based on this bottle.

  October 6, 2020 - If you could liquify applesauce, that’s what this wine tastes like. Sour apple, cinnamon, clove.

  August 17, 2020 - A bit oxidized at this point, cork was soaked to about 60%. Light citrus, lemon rind, honey, butterscotch, yellow apple, really good balance. For my taste this bottle was past it’s prime.
