  December 16, 2023 - Beautiful wine, decanted and this filled the room with wonderful berry and floral notes. Balanced, complex without being overly done. Etoh was a little much but other than that this is an excellent wine. Drinking great now, find more from this producer.

  November 10, 2023 - Double decanted for 90 min, deep ruby, red fruit with a touch of coffee, med/firm tannins, long finish; delicious & just entering its drinking window, drink or preferably hold

  November 9, 2023 - Opened by Joel for our event tonight. Not entirely sure I remember of the decant time, I think it was 90 minutes?
  
  This vintage is 75% Cab and 25% Cab Franc. Dark purple in the glass. Nose was a tad muted with shades of pencil lead, and dark red/black fruit. Maybe a hint of tangerine on the end?
  
  Palate has some unresolved tannins. There are some slightly savory green herb elements toward the back end as well. This bottle seems quite a bit young to me, or maybe my palate is just aging rapidly these days? 94 at the start, it gained a point toward the end of our evening toa 95 and certainly will get better with more years in bottle, too. I would hold these for now or maybe try a much longer full decant. I don't have enough experience with this producer to be 100% sure but this is quality fruit and quality winemaking, no doubt.

  October 12, 2023 - 90 minute decant. Powerful dark currant nose with vanilla, dulce de leche, and oak. Dense and unctuous palate of dark cherries, cinnamon, lingonberry, thyme, dried basil, and dark chocolate. Sweet finish of creme brulee, raspberry jam, and a slap of vanilla oak.
