November 1, 2023 - Still drinking well, but need to finish the remaining bottles I have. Not much time left.

June 30, 2022 - The last bottle of wine of the evening. It might have scored higher but it followed the Thackery 667 which was in my opinion a better wine. Dark red fruit on the nose. Cherry, Plum, a touch of raspberry and sweet tobacco dominate the palate leading to a moderately long finish.

December 11, 2020 - There is not a lot going on aroma-wise with this selection, although I do pick up on faint forest red berry, underbrush, and then a sweet flower nectar and rose petals. All very subdued.

The color is still translucent purple with no brown edges. Very thin legs in the Burgundy glass with a swirl. Quite pretty.

The palate is lush and silky with no hard edges. First is red and blue fruits that transform mid-palate into blackberries and plum. A small burst of black pepper spice hits on the finish along with an herbal note like tarragon. While the finish is nice at first, it does leave a slight drying/astringent taste after a minute or so.

Overall, nice Cali Pinot. Totally peaking right now, but should hold for another couple years for sure.
