July 9, 2021 - Nez agreable, plutôt complexe, bois, miel, fruit blanc. En bouche, boisé, forte acidité. Bien que l acidité tend à diminuer, il manque de fruit et de gras. Vin correct, sans plus.

November 1, 2018 - Excellente bouteille! L'état de ma dernière 2011 avait soulevé un doute mais finalement c'était non fondé. Celle-ci était parfaitement à point pour mon goût. Au nez, on perçoit l'élevage, du foin mouillé et des notes tertiaires (feuilles mortes humides, champignons de Paris frais). En bouche, l'acidité est toujours présente, l'équilibre est agréable et le fruit toujours exprimé. J'achète des St-Aubin pour les boire dans cet état. Ravi. Ma dernière.

March 21, 2018 - La dernière bouteille avait été jeté, percu comme ayant un défault. Malheureusement non documenté.
J'était ambivalent à l'ouverture de cette bouteille. Le premier nez avait une forte note souffrée. La bouteille a été consommée sur plusieurs jours. Cette odeur s'est dissipée très lentement et était plus acceptable que le 3ème jour.
Odeurs de foin mouillée, miel de sarasin, vieux bois.
En bouche, fruit blanc très mure, pomme oxydée.
