December 22, 2020 - Delicious. Red cherry and cranberry, spice, vanilla oak. Great acidity. 30 second+ finish. Hansel has the best QPR of any RRV producer, IMO. Pinot, Chardonnay, and formerly sauvignon blanc are all benchmarks.
Updated 6/16/21 - still tasting great - now more spice and fruits darker. Still delicious. 92 -

January 27, 2020 - Nice wine. Drinks well as PnP but definitely improved with airtime. Purple and red fruits with nice spice.

August 17, 2019 - Agreed with dsimmons. Wonderful balance. The nose has dropped the red fruit some cola and spice. Body has a nice balance of fruit acid and soft tannins. Great finish. Really in a nice drinking place.
