  September 3, 2016 - Drank at 54 deg with pasta meatballs. Big on strawberry/raspberry in nose. Rasberry and acid on palate.

It was great then. Bottles have been held in a temperature controlled facility. Have another bottle that I will more than likely have with a burger. The winemakers have great reps and the grapes were from Oakville....not sure what happened. Oh, well. Still will try their wines again.

  October 18, 2014 - This wine is at the tail end - no fruit on opening, decanted and 20 minutes later was drinking nicely. Tannins a bit light but pleasant with pork shoulder. Drink up!
