December 15, 2023 - Not rated. Kind of sucked. Only bottle of Marcassin I’ve ever had I didn’t love. Unsure if it was a bottle condition issue (stored perfectly since release) or just 2011 was an off vintage for Sonoma Pinot too. Weirdly earthy. Kind of flat. Funk blew off a little bit but transitioned back into being weirdly acidic. Probably won’t buy another 2011 until shown otherwise

November 18, 2023 - Similar tasting notes from previous bottles but tastes more advanced in age. Will drink my remaining bottles in the near term.

May 31, 2023 - It is a good Pinot, but not near its reputation. A little light in color and sweet raspberry with a touch of spice that lacked the structure of other high end Pinots.
