    April 21, 2020 - Delicious

February 24, 2020 - Dinner at MingHin (Chicago, IL): Pretty solid white Burgundy; not too reductive but a surprising peachiness here. Not too reductive nor stylized, seems to sit right in the middle of a lot of winemaking choices and ends up pretty enjoyable. Perhaps a little more extracted on the backend, where this shows a hint of bitterness.

September 25, 2015 - Nose: There is an attractive and forward nature to the nose with white fruits, pears, mineral notes, apples, and some stone fruits.

Taste: Medium bodied with crisp medium/high acidity. The acidity isn't too overpowering along with white fruits, pears, mineral notes, and some stone fruits.

Overall: This was a lovely young Chassagne premier cru. I would like to see where this goes with another 3-5 years time as it feels like there is some room to grow.

September 25, 2015 - Burgundy Tasting at Chevalier Wines: Riper, richer, and rounder than the 2011s. Again, a prominent pear note on the nose. The acidity's here, despite the rounder texture, but there's not much stuffing on the palate.
