January 23, 2016 - Sunny yellow. Nose -- orange and a touch of honey. Bone dry. Medium acidity. Mineral taste. Long, satisfying finish. Great with food too.

September 18, 2014 - Deep bright yellow colored. Mandarine orange nose. Contrary to the nose and appearance, initial palate is transparent and stony saline water-stream like. Moderate acidity. Aftertaste is volcanic mineral, slight orange peel bitterness, honey, and subtle maple syrup.

July 18, 2014 - Nice. Smokey, rich, round mouth feel. Not heavy or cloying. Balanced with nuance and style. Earth, heather, minerals, really a great drink.
