March 9, 2021 - Such a beautiful wine. A benchmark Jura Chardonnay for me, and my first time being lucky enough to secure a bottle. Nice maturity at 10 years of age (or so), but still super fresh and present. A smoky-funky note playing in the background to what is otherwise just a superbly crafted Burgundian-style Chardonnay. It has real grip (in a good way) on the finish, and must have a high level of dry extract. Refreshing and rich in that weird push-pull way that I so love.

February 12, 2016 - This is good value. Salted/preserved lemon, minerality, fleshy fruit, oak, yeasty flavours. Good balance and energy. Vin Nature when it's not over the top, just an interesting expression of Chardonnay. It is pretty heavy, so do not serve this wine too warm.
