September 11, 2019 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #141; Chablis and oysters (By RdL): Flint stone and other minerals in the bouquet. On the palate chalky with firm and good acidity, grapefruit, some oak and a good length. Textbook Chablis.

May 17, 2015 - Lacking the distinct mineral tones, higher acidity, and complexity that I enjoy with many Chablis. Definitely a wine to be consumed fairly young. What was lacking in depth was made up in round ripe white fruits and floral tones.

May 16, 2015 - HDH auction tasting at Tru; 5/15/2015-5/16/2015 (Chicago, IL): Very pale colour. High-toned nose with some light white fruits. Definitely on the riper side of things with not quite as much of an acidic/mineral cut as I'd like in my chablis, nor as much citrus -- I suppose I'm used to much more bracing wines, whereas this one is a bit more round.
