February 13, 2015 - A private lunch (Restaurant Gordon Ramsay ***, London, UK): Only one pipe produced (the barrel came from Dirk van der Niepoort). Fresh style, cherries and a hint of dark chocolate, floral rather than spicy, aromatic and pure, ripe tannins provide backbone, lovely pure Baga spirit on the finish, silky and floral (roses) and only very slightly hot.

July 31, 2014 - Spectacular drink - think "Port made with Baga" and you'll get the idea - smooth, rich, warm, elegant, stylish - we'll see what happens in a few years.
