January 30, 2021 - Rich but well balanced and still drinking great, feels like it could have another 5 years left at least. On the nose, dark cherries, chocolate, vanilla, cedar, has that 'blueberry pie' smell I like in some Napa cabs. Nice acid to balance the rich aromas and not too heavy on the palate.

Dark garnet colored, black berry fruits with note of cedar, wood and toasted oak with hint of mocha on the tight firm tannin laced finish.

June 28, 2020 - Pop and pour. Great fruit and balance. Very smooth and went well with steak. Also had it with chocolate later and it was delicious.

December 1, 2018 - Absolutely loved it. I used to drink Lewis quite a bit before WS fell in love and drove the prices way up. This bottle reminded me of why of loved Lewis wines so much. Rich, dark and powerful with a long finish of berries and molasses. Mouth coating and delish!

August 23, 2018 - PRIME TIME!!! if I could only have this with a Rib-eye. The butter fatty steak would compliment this wine so much. The spices on the nose mixed with blackberry. High tannins. Cherry cola on the front end. Just a great wine. This is my last bottle, and it STILL has 5 more years. Cheers!
