December 31, 2019 - Fruit Day - dark lemon in colour with lots of small and continuous bubbles. Yeasty, with bready and nutty flavours and aromas. A great way to say goodby to 2019 and hello to 2020

    March 3, 2017 - Very nice Cava.
In the nose yeasty, almond, toast.
Very good alternative to champagne at lower price.
Reminds me of a vintage champagne.
    Køb, køb.

June 18, 2016 - Our first try of a cava from Muga, which is one of our favourite producers in Spain. Blend of Viura (90%) and Malvasía (10%). Vivacious, yellow-green on the eye. Despite serving in big-bowled white Burgundy glasses, a string of bubbles was evident down the middle. Interesting. Bouquet of a touch of brioche with mostly lively citrus fruits. Honey, melon and a bit of vanilla on the palate. We do not know the dosage, but we think North of 5 g/l. Smooth, fruit-forward finish that lingers. She is a bubbly bubble, but we do not think she will lay-down for very long nor achieve any significantly different characteristics. Sip now!

August 8, 2014 - The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of many small bubbles. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium- intensity simple aromas of butterscotch, cookies and notes of green fruits such as pears and apple. The wine is off-dry in the mouth with a medium+ refreshing acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium body with a creamy mousse. It has medium intensity flavours of butterscotch, rye bread, cookies and neutral green fruits such as green apple and pears. The finish is medium+.

It is a good quality wine with a persistent finish and a good enough flavour concentration, fresh and easy-to-drink, but the flavour intensity could be more pronounced and it could be more complex. Drink now, not intended for further ageing, it will lose the fizz and will not develop into something interesting.
