December 16, 2022 - very nice amber colour
on the nose a good intensity of coffee, hickory nut, almond, dried apricot, orange, raisins.
the mouth is quite consistent with the nose, rather viscous, savoury, mineral, perfect freshness just an hint of bitterness.
long finish, good stuff! -
