August 24, 2019 - Almost no colour. Honey and pear on nose. Some almond flowers on palate and the dominated minerals through to finish. Med- acidity. Nice, interesting, paired Ok with p3aches (theme of evening)

March 4, 2016 - Deep plum color, medium to heavy legs. Spiced cider with cherry notes on the nose. One dimensional with dried tart fruit, and mild tannins. Flat finish.

September 29, 2015 - Muted aromas with some meatiness and balsamic notes. Medium-bodied with candied red/black fruit that is somewhat balanced by spice and surprisingly bright acidity. Fairly one-dimensional.

December 19, 2014 - Remarkably smooth and well balanced considering its youth. Full bodied and lots of black fruit and oak rolling around. Good everyday drinker.
