May 8, 2016 - Refreshing light rose. Floral bouquet with just the barest hint of crisp berry. This leads into a clean, grippy mid palate that is almost pilsner like in its crispness. The aftertaste is short with a hint of clean bitterness. Not a bad quaffer.

January 2, 2016 - First bottle opened and drunk as an aperitif came on as much too sweet and cloying. Second bottle was much better balanced and absolutely sung with salted pistachios.
