June 21, 2019 - This bottle was just another example of the wonderful wines made by Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey. They are wines that always impress. I have no formal notes, but everyone enjoyed it. In fact, they have asked that I bring more.

December 30, 2018 - Really reduced when opened. This had lots of dry extract, tangy citrus fruit and yellow fruits with good minerality. There was a noticeable edimame note on the backside and a touch of mint leaf on night two. Good, but not a great example.

December 21, 2018 - Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey wines never fail to impress. This beautiful Saint-Aubin is still going strong. While this wine will last, it is in a wonderful spot right now.
It was rich, balanced, lovely nose and taste (apple, some pear, a bit of citrus and just the right touch of caulk) and a lingering finish.
