November 12, 2023 - Skanky. Marginal at best. Maybe cooking wine?

March 1, 2020 - Medium ruby, some slight browning at the rim. From pop and pour it was fairly aromatically expressive...sort of medium to medium/light in body and 'size' as Oregon pinots go. some earth, no discernable brett/funk in this bottle...acidity more than tannin provides the structure and dominates the finish. Nice little bottle of wine. 91-ish

December 22, 2016 - Wine pours a slightly tired red with brown tones....creosote barnyard
Light fruit nose...... Strawberry cola with that acidity tart finish...
Good but will never be better than that...drink up now

September 20, 2015 - On the nose and palate, there are earthy notes of mushroom and barnyard, to complement the flavors of strawberry, cherry, cola and spice. The palate has a bracing acidity which bolsters the delicate body. Persistence on the finish. Great now, will be interesting to taste again in 2016 and 2017.

February 5, 2015 - Funk barnyard aromas....fruit smell is secondary to the earthy funk...
Bright fruit ...earthy taste with firm tannins and good persistence...
Needs time to meld together.....interesting profile and may be much better in time
