May 24, 2019 - Wow. My interpretation of Dornish wine. Drank during the GOT finale. Way better than the show. Decanted for an hour. Would rate this at 93 now. But it will definitely be better in a 2-3 years.

April 20, 2019 - Wow, what a wine! Mature with well rounded acidity but still lots of vital fruit. Dark fruits, plum and som spices. Pity it’s the last bottle of 2012

March 23, 2019 - Wow, vilken fullständig smakexplosion! Kryddigt, fruktigt och perfekt balans. 2012, ungt i smaken men otroligt piggt och drickvänligt.

January 2, 2019 - Rich berries on the nose, cough syrup, oaky. Grippy medium grained tannin, some heat showing on the back end. Very ripe fruits, this probably has the stuffing to age, but felt a tad disjointed at this time. Would like to revisit in 5+ years.

December 24, 2018 - Beautiful texture and right amount of fruit but needs a lot of time. Built to last. A long aging mogador for sure

November 9, 2018 - Sweet, smoke, spice, fruit. This has it all. Ready to drink now but has at least 10 more years.

October 27, 2018 - Very youthful. Wound up very tight. As rich as it is on the nose it's leaning towards the red fruits. Black pepper, leather, ultra high acid, graphite.
I'd recommend a huge decant or at least 5 more years in the bottle.

October 26, 2018 - Rich, sappy, concentrated, fleshy, full bodied, expressive, and hedonistic with notions of dark berries, licorice, plums, herbs, graphite, and wood smoke. Finishes long and saturating but smooth, showing no hard edges over the ~3 hours this bottle was consumed. Per the winery website, a blend of 49% grenache, 25% carignan, 16% syrah, and 10% cabernet sauvignon. 15.5% abv.

October 16, 2018 - Monthly Tuesday group "The Dead Sparrow" #032: Wines with 98+ points: The bouquet is much more mature than it should be / or expected. Sweet spices and coffee. On the palate a lot of sweet spices, chocolate, soy and celery. Some cherries as well, mushrooms, forest floor. Some sweetness, soft acidity and mild, round tannin. This bottle is at its peak now. I hope it is not exemplary, because I have a few… Nevertheless a beautiful wine to drink now.

May 19, 2018 - Outstanding. Dark fruit, bacon, strong tannins. Drinkable now, but still potential.
