Community Tasting Notes 2

August 12, 2016 - Slow ox for 2 hours in bottle.
    Clear, pale/medium ruby.
Tart cherry, kirsch, sweet spices. Hints of plum, milk chocolate, mineral and herb.
Medium(+) acidity, medium(-) body, medium flavour intensity (especially on the front palate), medium velvety tannins. Candied finish of Fox sweets.
Decent effort, with small potential upside if cellared for a couple more years. 89-90.

August 19, 2014 - Opening with a blast of fresh herbs and cherries, this medium bodied effort leads to a soft red berry ending.
