October 9, 2023 - (at Press - St Helena) Saturated ruby color. Underripe raspberries, roasted green pepper and dark chocolate. Medium bodied. This has cut. Very red fruit in style - would not peg it from Napa. Fresh. Missing a bit of fun. (89)

November 14, 2021 - Didn’t want to open so soon but it was a dad/son birthday with 2011 being the year. Same notes as earlier this spring - have another bottle I’ll wait until 2026.

August 10, 2021 - As ever: needed a couple hours. Detert is so reliable it’s hard to know what to say - none of the 2011 green meanies. Made my grilled burger seem like the work of a genius.
