August 19, 2014 - This label combines Sebastin Caillat's name with the Lamy family name. These wines are made to age more slowly and for longer than the Lamy-Pillot.
This wine is very fresh feeling and flavours are developing in this bottle. There is density yet the fruit seems restrained. Long finish.
