September 14, 2019 - Aniseed, cherry oak, deep black fruits, hint of coffee and herbs. Pushing above medium bodied, it is quite dense and full, maybe in an in between phase at the moment - still has a primary feel but some secondary flavour emerging. A good wine that could be better with time but at the moment I think I preferred the younger version.

June 22, 2019 - One word to describe a wine? This would be 'precise'. It is exact. There are no jagged edges here, no chips or cracks. It is crystalline shiraz and it works so well. It has a steel backbone that forgoes any warmth and cuddliness for purety and drive and wins against them all.

April 14, 2018 - Beautifully made wine but not ready yet. Give another 5 years for the oak to settle and the fruit to give up even more flavour. Its resinous and has a big presence but not bloated or heavy. Very good but i prefer a good bit more age on these.

February 17, 2018 - Was perhaps expecting too much given the reviews. Still great wine and full of interest and complexity. Maybe need to leave for a while longer.

June 25, 2017 - Black fruited, black olive, savoury, raspberry, tar, with a hint of licorice, long savoury supple tannin through the finish. Really great gear. Love this 94
