May 5, 2016 - The wine was medium ruby, almost garnet in colour. It offered cherry, cucumber, earthy notes, coffee, tea, tobacco and spices on the nose and palate, with medium-plus acidity and tannin and very good length. This medium to full-bodied, medium-complex Chianti Rùfina had good concentration, but was so ripe and thick that it did not pair well with food.

March 6, 2016 - Good balance between fruit, tannins. Not too fruity, als you would expect from a real tuscan. A hint of too much wood, but only a hint.
Goes good with Pasta or meat.
