December 26, 2022 - This one has been buried away for a while.
Good nose but a little thin on the palate. Was expecting more fruit and complexity but seemed a little lacklustre.
May 25, 2021 - A whiff of oxidation blows off quickly and one hour in with a good chill, this wine swung for the fences. Yellow quince-like fruit with lemon, honeycrisp apple, pie crust/graham cracker and a touch of cinnamon wading around in the mineral pool, at eight years out this wine is spectacularly at peak, decadent in the most refined way possible.

June 7, 2020 - Medium yellow. Lemon, spice on the nose. Nice balance. Falls a little short on the finish. Solid Chablis from one of my favorite producers.

August 22, 2016 - Deep colour. Nose of citrus, stone fruits and chalk. Crisp, well balanced with very smooth long finish. Excellent PQR
January 2, 2016 - Deeper color. The nose features more concentrated aromas of citrus, minerals, white flowers and flint. This is medium bodied on the palate with very good concentration and good class. The medium plus length finish features a strong mineral element.
November 29, 2015 - Had a demi bottle at Del Frisco steakhouse in NYC. Very good material but needs more age. Effervescent.
July 2, 2015 - Nose of lime blossom, peach pit, ginger, and chalk. Juicy yet balanced in the mouth, with flavors of lime oil and stone. This is an inviting Chablis, rich and perfumed yet light bodied, crisp, and wonderfully acidic. Drinking well now but shall shine in two or three years, and then for 10+ more.
May 24, 2015 - Très beau nez sur le fruit, comme beaucoup de 2013, avec de la poire bien mûre et de la pomme verte. Belle matière, de la texture qui culmine sur une belle finale saline et minérale. Une belle réussite dans ce millésime plus difficile.
