June 30, 2020 - White orchard fruit, lemon, iodine, sea stuff, excellent Chablis Villages, drinking very well, nevertheless with long years ahead.

April 17, 2020 - This continues to impress. Golden color. Filled with white fruit, the palate is starting to show some honeyed nuance. Bright citrus acidity. Great depth for a regional wine. This is a fine white burgundy that can serve any occasion. (90)

February 23, 2020 - Drinking very well now! A little tight on day 1, with a classic Chablis profile. Lots of citrus, lanolin, but only a moderate acidity, which made it seem a little tired.
On day 2 it was a very different wine, with loads of ripe fruit, racing acidity, and a lot of complexity. This was a joy drink, and I'm sure there's plenty life left, although I see no reason to wait.

December 28, 2019 - Mainly apple, some lemon and the typical Chablis sea stuff, this one is quite rich, drinking very well, no need to wait longer.
On day 2, the wine gets restrained, longer, more focused, also more on the lemon side.
