March 9, 2024 - (Unused) baby diaper. Streaks of iodine, chablisiene lemon-lime, some oyster shells, and good weight but a bit short on the finish. Solid middle-aged chablis but it was hard to get past the strange plasticky/fresh diaper aroma. Auction bottle so can't vouch for provenance.

August 29, 2020 - Needs at least 1 hour decanting but after that, powerful, intense and mature Chablis

August 8, 2020 - Nose is green Apple, citrus, almost lime, rock, has a vegetal quality that Chablis can have sometimes when it’s really minerally strong. Typical salinity there. Rounder than the 2014 and much more approachable. Less acid but acid still moderate. My favorite 1er Cru vineyard in Chablis.
