July 2, 2023 - Bright and clear with a good weight. Nose is fresh, clean and curious. Palate is overwhelmingly juicy with bright red juice. Rode 25 miles on the bike today and the alcohol is punchy and hitting. Saved 8 ounces for tomorrow.
July 11, 2022 - Waited too long for this one. Do not air, or very short. Had a bottle with July 4 bbq and opened too long before drinking. Tonight, opened with meal and consumed over a couple hours. Reidel Grenache/Syrah glasses. Great wine and should have had 1-2 years ago, but still great.
November 14, 2021 - Dark purple. Grilled beef, blackberries, menthol and forest floor nose. Black cherry, blueberries , mushroom, with tart acidity and supporting tannins. Big, probably needs more time.
October 21, 2021 - Still lots of fruit, but drank a little metallic and hot. I don’t think this will get better, so would drink up.
April 18, 2021 - PnP. No notes taken. Drinking very well. Dusted the 2014 K The Boy. Entering mature phase but fruits still full with great balance.

August 26, 2020 - Short decant. Floral nose. Red and black fruits, black pepper. Lush, smooth and well balanced. Medium/full body. Long finish. Another delicious Torrin wine in its drinking window.
