May 14, 2023 - Everything is extremely well integrated, with fruit balancing the savoury. A soft beam of acid provides the frame.
This was my first taste of caberlot. A very nice wine that would do even better with food.

November 4, 2017 - Occational dinner group; Il Caberlot tasting. (Mei Wah): In the bouquet red berries, autumn impressions and a bit dusty. On the palate red and dark berries, firm acidity and sticky tannin. The wine is clearly too young. Not sure about the real quality when it is mature. For today 90 – 93.

March 22, 2015 - Summa15 Day 2 (Magré (Margreid), Alto Adige, Italy): Darker core with bright maroon rim; dusty nose, red currant, cedar, tobacco, plum, great structure, black currant, floral, long finish; delicious.
March 14, 2015 - Pro Wein 2015:+ noch recht hölzern, zurückhaltend, stoffig, würzig, lagern, mal sehen.
March 5, 2015 - Un vinone, ma di grande finezza e complessità. Si sente la marcia in più e la fattura regale. Credo che valga il suo prezzo.
