September 24, 2021 - Late disgorged (2011). Medium gold, still with a fine stream of bubbles. Nose is fully mature, baked apple, creme brulee, mushroom. A rich nose, but still with some lift and life. Palate continues in this vein, though comes through with more freshness. High acid giving it lift. Lime, toast, baked apple, creamy mousse. Long. Really enjoyable and pleasingly vibrant.

December 8, 2013 - Limited notes. Light yellow in color with few bubbles. Nutty, bitter lemon. Savory but creamy at the same time. Not sure if this will get any better with age but ready to drink today and very enjoyable.

October 10, 2013 - On the nose lovely developed, with coffee and creamy fudge.
The palate shows a good length with deep, soft and creamy fruit, sweet lime (almost like in a caipirinha drink) and good balance.
Only downside is a bitterness in the medium +finish.
    Still, great mature Champagne.

September 17, 2013 - sharp and tight compared to the Dom Oenotheque 1975, citrus, toast and yeast.
